Everybody loves him. You play and go for a walk with him. Everybody spoils and caresses him with pleasure. He is a part of the daily routine, also a family member. And then the happily awaited family holiday comes up. Does your dog have to stay at home alone and be looked after? Or even in a foreign dog boarding house? No, because if you want, you can simply take your animal companion with you on your family holiday to our Kinderhotel Ramsi.

We promise! This will be your dream vacation, because also the dog can come with you. “As an animal-loving children’s hotel with its own farm, your four-legged family members are welcome. There are certain types of rooms in which dogs are allowed. For a good togetherness and an all around beautiful family vacation, our dog rules are to be considered, which we naturally send to you before the beginning of your vacation”, explains our leading Receptionist and Assistant of the management Andrea. The best thing to do is to indicate, when you fulfill our holiday inquiry, that you would like to bring a dog with you. Dogs are allowed in the double rooms Flipp, the family junior suite Schmetterling and the family suites Sonnenschein and Sonnenschein Deluxe. “In the spacious hotel area we also have our own fenced dog meadow for free movement, where your dogs can run around freely.”
On four paws in the children’s hotel
“So that all guests of our Kinderhotel can enjoy their holidays to the fullest, there are a few things for dog owners to consider. The four-legged friends should not be in the restaurant, playing and wellness areas. The daily cleaning of the rooms should be discussed with our housekeeping staff and if towels for the dogs are needed for dry scrubbing, they are happy to provide extra owns,” says Andrea.
If everything is well prepared, the family holiday will be a pleasure for both people and animals. In the nature experience world on the sunny south plateau, countless walking paths await you on meadows and in the adjoining forest. “Please note the general leash obligation – particularly in the forest for the peace of the domestic wild animals (such as deer) – and dog excrement bags we place at the dog meadow to take”, points out Andrea.

„Wer einen Aktiv- oder Wanderurlaub mit Hund verbringen möchte, der ist bei uns richtig. Es gibt unzählige Wandertouren in unserer alpinen Region rund ums Nassfeld, die für die ganze Familie mit Hund geeignet sind. Kletterpassagen oder Treppen auf den Routen sollten nicht dabei sein“, gerne beraten euch unsere Rezeptionistinnen individuell. So wird der Gipfelsieg mit eurem bewegungsfreudigen Vierbeiner zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Familien, die die Karnische Bergwelt auch ohne große Anstrengung erkunden wollen, können auch die Sommerbergbahnen nutzen und so zu den zahlreichen Bergspielplätzen und Attraktionen gelangen. Mit der Kabinenbahn Millennium-Express ist dies auch für Hunde kein Problem (auch Bikes und Kinderwägen können mitgenommen werden).
