Secretly, quietly and sometimes even unnoticed, the precious Ramsi stars will sneak into your Star Club account.

As a small thank you for booking a holiday with us, giving us feedback and recommending us to family and friends, you will receive precious Ramsi stars from us. You can then convert them into vouchers and redeem them during your next Ramsi holiday. That’s good, isn’t it?

You can redeem your Ramsi stars for a lot of our services: a Ramsi ski course for the smallest skiers – the Pistenflöhe (directly at the hotel), for a swimming course in the panoramic indoor pool, for a relaxing aroma oil massage, for an intense age-defying beauty ritual in the Ramsi Wellness Oasis or for something else. The is a really big selection of services available!

Collecting stars is sooo easy

Until the time comes, you will have to collect a few Ramsi stars first – but that’s easy!

Already with your very first stay at the Kinderhotel Ramsi we will credit you the first stars. All you need to do is sign up for the Star Club and swoops – the next 200 Ramsi stars (equivalent to 20 euros) will be already in your account as a welcome gift.

Then there are extra stars for answering our guest questionnaire, for online reviews and for recommendations. They sum up really quickly!

And now it’s time for baking: Get out the baking tray and bake some biscuits for Christmas. Karin has chosen one of her favourite recipes to bake your own delicious gold treasure:

Ramsis Gold Treasure Star Biscuits

Ingredients for the cookie dough:

500 g wheat flour

1/2 pack baking powder

250 g caster sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar

130 g butter

2 small eggs

60 ml whipping cream

Ingredients for the gold topping:

200g marzipan

white chocolate (melted in a water bath)

1 pack of edible gold dust and a brush for application

Preparation:

First, knead all the dough ingredients quickly into a pastry and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough knife-back-thin and cut out stars. Bake at 180 °C (upper/lower heat) for about 12 minutes until golden yellow. Allow to cool well afterwards.
For the topping, roll out the marzipan raw mass, cut out stars and stick them onto the cold biscuit stars with warmed white chocolate. Wait a bit until the chocolate is firm and then carefully apply the gold dust with the brush.
