Autumn is here and immerses Ramsi’s world of nature experiences in a golden light with many wonderful autumn colours. A large orange “carpet” catches the eye on the spacious hotel garden. The summer ski school area is already in operation and guarantees fun on the slopes without snow for kids from 2.5 years!
So you can prepare yourself for your family skiing holiday in winter already in autumn. You will get everything you still need from our hotel’s own, loving ski instructors: Helmet, ski boots as well as skis and the fun can begin! We also have a cool package for all those who want to be part of the winter warm up in autumn: Ramsis late summer ski school (7 days from € 1.220,00 for two adults and one child). What a great warm-up!

Who runs the hotel’s own summer ski school?
Our long-time ski instructor Anni, with a lot of experience and a big heart for children, will do the summer ski school with you.
What is the minimum age for children to participate?
Children from 2.5 years (up to 7 years) can participate.
How long is a unit and how much does the summer ski school cost?
One lesson lasts one hour and takes place in the morning from 08:30 to 09:30 (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Each unit costs € 15,00 incl. equipment. The ski equipment (skis and boots) and helmet you get from us.
What should parents bring with them?
Please make sure that the children are equipped with long trousers, long-sleeved shirt or thin jacket, gloves and changing clothes.
Our ski fun week is more than a family ski holiday in winter
Are you already looking forward to skiing in winter? We have made sure that your skiing holiday will be a pleasure for the whole family. For the little ones from 2.5 years (piste fleas) we have our own ski school directly on our hotel grounds and for the bigger skiers we have a cooperation with the ski school Thommi at Nassfeld, 10 minutes away, with our own shuttle bus. Not only the kids can expect a really great skiing area with 110 km of pistes and 30 mountain railways and lifts, but also the parents can really enjoy skiing due to the perfect care of the children.

How does a ski course run in winter at Ramsi?
One week before the start of the holiday, the families will receive a pre-information by e-mail. Here you will find a simple online registration form for your children’s ski course. Depending on their age, children can take part in the ski course for “Pistenflöhe” directly at our hotel or the larger “Pistenflitzer” at our partner ski school Thommi am Nassfeld. Your advantage: we organize the complete course of the ski course so that parents can spend the day on the slopes without worries. This means: child care, shuttle service and catering.
Which languages do the ski professionals speak?
Our ski instructors (Anni, Christiane, Sonja and Susi) speak German, English and Slovenian. In the ski school “Thommi” German and English are spoken in any case.
For example, how much does a week’s skiing course in winter cost for a three-year-old child?
For our piste fleas (beginners from 2.5 to 3 years) a ski school week directly at our hotel costs € 100.00*. That’s five lessons from Monday to Friday. Reserve your important skiing pleasure now!
